TEAMS from Ludlow and Bishops Castle will be battling for honours in Shropshire Boccia Tournament Finals in Shrewsbury.

The preventative services team of Shropshire Rural Community Council have organised the tournament to help promote activities for older people.

Boccia is similar to the French game of boules and is played by people of all ages in village halls and community centres.
