FIT 4 U Craigavon and Banbridge Club is a new independent group for men and women with disabilities, which has evolved from the Southern Health and Social Care Trust – Fit 4 U Project.

Local people from Craigavon and Banbridge have formed a committee and become an independently constituted club which seeks to provide physical activities for people with physical and/or sensory disabilities. This includes people with arthritis, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, head injuries, amputees, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, stroke, chronic conditions, people who are deaf, have hearing impairments, blind or partially sighted.
